Bonjour, hello, hi
I’m Amy — a strategic brand and graphic designer.
I see my design career as having started in middle school, when my pinebox derby car—painted in a groovy flower power design and piloted by my favorite Princess Leia action figure—won “Best Decorated” but didn’t exactly place. I learned three important lessons that day: form and function matter, action figures aren’t great for aerodynamics, and boys named Rob will always glue extra nickels under their car when no one’s looking.
Since then, I’ve spent over a decade working across agencies, in-house teams, and independent projects. My work sits at the intersection of curiosity and strategy, with an eye toward human behavior and what makes people tick both individually and collectively.
These days, I operate as a one-person studio based in Tacoma, WA, partnering with thoughtful businesses and creative teams to bring ideas to life. I believe that the best work is rooted in core values, built to last, and powered by partnerships grounded in empathy, honesty, and, occasionally, a shared love Taco Bell.
Currently open to brand partnerships, contract, and full-time design roles.
